A room you never use, an office where no one can concentrate, light that tires your eyes. You often feel the discomfort before you can put it into words.
QuickScan reads your space and tells you what already works, what does not, and where to begin, before you spend on building work or furniture. Available across Italy, in person or remotely, in Italian or English.
Two options
For offices and practices
Offices, professional practices and businesses open to the public: one location, with up to 50 workstations. We observe the space in use for up to 2 hours and 30 minutes, or meet remotely.
750 euro
Plus a 4% supplementary contribution. VAT does not apply (Italian flat-rate tax scheme). Half at the start, half before delivery.

The visit, in person or remotely.
In person with architect Stefano Bocci. Remotely, through a video call in which you show us around, together with the photos we ask you to take and the floor plan.
Reading the space.
What you tell us and what we observe, considered through the five perspectives of the BIOMA Method: people, nature, resources, the identity of the place, and how the space works.
Sharing the findings.
Your MiniReport arrives at least one day before a 30-minute call dedicated to your questions.
What you receive
A MiniReport to read, not file away
- Three strengths to protect.
- Three concerns, with the evidence behind them.
- Three priorities: what to address, where, why now, and the first step.
- An A to D rating of the starting condition.
- The most sensible next step, which may be to stop here.
The MiniReport is 8-10 pages long and arrives within 10 working days of us having everything we need.
What it is not
It is not a small design project: it does not include layouts, cost estimates or material choices. It is not a certification or a health assessment. In offices, it does not assess people or their performance: it reads the space and how it is used.
Across Italy
In person or remotely, across Italy
Within 45 minutes of travel from Albano Laziale, we visit in person. Further away, QuickScan takes place remotely, at the same price and with the same depth. If you prefer an in-person visit, that is possible: travel costs are separate, and we tell you what they are in advance.
If you want to continue
QuickScan has value on its own. If, within 30 days of delivery, you decide to start the first stage of a Complete project, brief and concept, the full QuickScan fee is deducted from the project fee.
Frequently asked questions
01Do I need a floor plan?
It helps a lot, but it is not always essential. We can discuss it in our first conversation.
02How does it work remotely?
We arrange a video call: you or your office contact show us around with a phone, and we ask where to pause and what to show. We send you a list of photos to take beforehand.
03What if I do not want to go further after QuickScan?
That is absolutely fine. The MiniReport is yours and tells you where to start, even if you carry out the work with someone else or on your own.
04Do you speak to employees in offices?
Only if the company wants us to, through a short anonymous questionnaire. Results are always presented as a whole, never by individual.
05How long does it take?
The MiniReport arrives within 10 working days of us having everything we need: the visit completed, and the photos and floor plan received.
